• FORM accepts clients on a referral-only basis.

• If you are interested in working with us, you will need to be referred by a previous or current client.

Parent consultation & information gathering

​

• Before a student consultation can be arranged, you will be asked to provide contact information (phone, email) and the student's recent academic records.

45 mins student zoom consultation

​

Member(s) of the FORM Advising Team will meet the student to discuss their current profile, future goals, and intended schools and majors.

Pre-signing proposal

​

Within two weeks after the student's initial consultation, you will receive a summary including:

• the student's strengths and weakness

• preliminary recommendations

Service and price packages

​

It is time to discuss as a family and decide if FORM is the right fit. Parents and students are welcome to reach out to our team with questions, feedback and their decision.

• University Planning Service (one academic year): CAD 17,850 or HKD 100,000 

• US University Application Advising: Starting from CAD 36,540 or HKD 210,000
